Introverted, talking to new people is just really draining since you've gotta mentally keep track of loads of different things, like your own body language, making sure you don't say anything that would be weird to say to a stranger, etc.

I try to see things realistically but I think that's just another way of saying I'm a pessimist.

That factors outside of my control end the world before I do everything I wanna do, It's heavy I know.

I often go to my room when I need to decompress, It's like a sanctuary where I can actually think even when overwhelmed.
